Incredible home with hot tub and heated pool. The whole family (kids = 12y, 8y, 1y) had a blast swimming, playing ping pong, and relaxing.
Great private (and quiet) location on north side of siesta key with easy access to bridge back to Sarasota and 3-4 minute drive to Siesta Key restaurants and beach. It’s one of the rarest properties on the key – built on a double lot with loads of palms trees and tennis court. One of a kind. The host, Joel, was so great. Great communicator in app and via text. Was on property to greet us and checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok.

We had a fantastic stay and will be back again and again! The location is a few blocks to Shell beach, on a quiet street, with a private backyard. The house was really well stocked in the kitchen with everything you could possibly need throughout your stay. We loved the fact that there were two washers and dryers with plenty of linens for the bathroom and pool. We also loved that they provided all of the beach gear, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes for all ages. We would love to stay again, and highly recommend Joel as a host!

This house is the best! So many things to do. Short walk to the beach and short car ride to shopping and restaurants. We had so much fun with all the games and activities and made it a friendly competition. Ping Pong, darts, bags, pool basketball and tennis. So much room for larger groups and everyone had their own space. Owner thought of every convenience with fridge on main level and music in all areas of the house. Perfect vacation!!

What a perfect house for a week at the beach for our family of twelve! Everything at Your Personal Resort was exactly as described and photos were spot on. This was a first-class vacation rental experience. A quick walk to Shell beach, short bike (bikes free on site) ride to Siesta Village. Great views from the patio balcony and the downstairs game room and the pool area was incredible. Our kids spent the entire time watching sports on the big screen from the pool, playing corn hole, ping pong and darts – large beautiful house, in pristine condition and excellent location. The private dock supplied a great location for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding with equipment provided at no additional cost. Very nice community great for morning walks. Our host was very helpful and professional – we’ll definitely be back again!

This house checked all of the boxes. We had a fabulous time with family, friends and kids with something for all to enjoy! The boat dock provided dolphin and manatee watching, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. We enjoyed venturing into the cute little town of Siesta Key for nice evening strolls and restaurants. The house provided everything we needed for dinners in and easily accommodated us all and more. We had a short walk to the beach with beautiful sand and lots of shell hunting and then returned back to the house for a dip in the heated pool and spa. Games galore for the audits and kids. This was indeed our “Personal Resort” and did not disappoint. I cannot wait to go back!

It’s been over 2 weeks since our stay and I’m still in awe of how perfect this resort was for our very large extended family! And I mean RESORT! Upon entering the wooden gate, you step into a breathtaking garden full of Florida natives that leads to the main house to the right or the path down to the tennis court. Be sure not to let the tree swing distract you on your way! The house is large, has very tall ceilings, and is perfect for entertaining with a kitchen that has a peninsula where people can gather while also open to one of the two large living areas. The dining room has an oversized dining table and buffet with lots of natural light coming in from a window that takes up an entire wall!
There are so many great features inside the house but the outdoor ones are also incredible. The wrap around porch overlooks the property and the views are amazing, reminiscent of being up in a tree house.
When we weren’t swimming in what looked to be a brand new pool and heated spa, we played tennis on a beautifully maintained clay court while family watched courtside at an outdoor table complete with the biggest umbrella I’ve even seen. (There is another one next to the pool, as well as a fire pit).
We also took out the kayaks (one person, single, and doubles) and within two minutes down a canal, you’re in the intercoastal waters and a nearby sandbar where you can get out and play as the water gets really shallow!
I only have so much time to write down everything that I LOVED about this truly Personal Resort but words do not do this place justice!! It is a must see for yourself kind of paradise!! Until next time…

We were looking for the right place for our Girls Vacation and we found it! Our stay at ‘Your Personal Resort’ was amazing! The pool and spa area is beautiful with lots of tropical trees/plants giving you privacy. It has a covered area with ping pong, darts and ring toss too. It was nice to have different things for everyone and still be together. A few of us took the kayaks out and had dolphins swimming right near us! What a special experience! The house is beautiful, very spacious and has everything you need. The rooms were large so we could all hang out together. The wrap around porch was nice to relax and read a book, have breakfast, or just listen to the birds. We had a couple of girls that couldn’t miss their workouts… included at this wonderful house is an indoor, air conditioned workout room. It has a treadmill, stairmaster and one other piece of equipment. We never had to leave the property. The management was helpful and prompt when reaching out to them with questions.

First time vacationing with multiple generations and this property was perfect for my family and the grandparents. Kids are 18 months and 3yrs and absolutely loved the pool and multiple games/activities. The gate to the stairs/pool also gave us piece of mind. Our family has stayed at “your personal resort“ for the past two years. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The home has all the amenities that adults and children could want. It has a heated pool, spa, boat dock, bikes, toys, and many other activities for the entire family. The grandkids also enjoy the nearby beach. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this property. We stayed at the house for two weeks and had our wedding ceremony poolside at the house. The house is fully equipped with all the supplies and amenities that you might. It also included a lot of fun games which our guest found very entertaining. Both our children’s families stayed at the house for the wedding. We had a sort of Olympic competition in the evenings. The fishing off the dock was great. We caught flounder and sheephead, which made a delicious fish fry. Again, all of the equipment was available; a really nice touch. The free shuttle service was great, allowing our guests to go to the village and the beach whenever they desired. Joel was very responsive to our needs, resolving even the most minor issues in a timely fashion. We highly recommend this property.

Stayed here with ages ranging from 1-75. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home. Joel is a wonderful host — super friendly and accommodating to our few requests. House was very clean — I was concerned about dog hair as one of my kids has a pretty severe dog allergy and there was no dog smell nor one dog hair to be seen! We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks, but I have same tandem kayaks and they are quality! Siesta key beach and village are a short drive away. We had great weather and a fantastic time here. I would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Joel’s place. It was a multi-generational family reunion type vibe with lots of kids (3.5-13). There was so much to do and lots of surprises like a game closet, doll house, and all the outdoor adventure gear you could think of. The kitchen was roomy and well appointed with plenty of dishes to feed 15 people (or more). Plenty of beds and bathrooms since some of the kids like to double up and parking three vehicles was easy – no one ever had to move a car to let someone out. Joel was a phenomenal host from communication beforehand, meeting us and giving a very comprehensive tour, support during the stay and some flexibility with checkout. My only minor complaint which is based on my preference is that the master bedroom is so spacious and white that it gets bright in the morning – bring an eye shade if you’re sensitive like me. We didn’t agree on much this trip but everyone in my party agreed this place was a gem and we’d all stay here again. Thanks Joel!!

Joel was very accommodating! his house had everything we needed! coolers, wagons, beach bags, towels, plenty of bikes, and our favorite part was the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards! dolphins were literally playing in the canal right beside us and there is a sandbar at low tide you can walk out on. You can ride bikes into the village, only about 10 minutes. The frog hop was the best thing to take also; they come in 10 minutes and work off of tips only! Thankyou Joel for the best week ever!!!!

Joel was a great host! He welcomed us upon our arrival, which happened to be a little earlier, but he was flexible and agreeable to our early arrival. He spent the time to show us around and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very responsive every time I reached out during the week.
The house was labeled as our own “personal resort”. It fit this description perfectly! The house had everything we needed from a preschooler all the way up to adult. Not only did the house have everything we needed, but it had plenty extra whether it was towels, kitchen supplies or other amenities which made the stay perfect! We had 10 people total and we never tired of the pool or outdoor paradise. We found ourselves wanting to order in or make dinner in order to enjoy the outdoor space even more. The area was even more beautiful at night when the trees were all lit up with spotlights, making the area feel more enchanted! We will definitely be back!

This was, by far, a million stars!!! It could not have been better!! This was our first family vacation with our 2 1/2-year-old grandson and 11-month-old grandson and it exceeded all of our expectations! Joel was the most perfect host! He showed us so much about the property when we arrived and then followed up via text with lots of extras to do!! The property was exactly how it was described and more! My favorite part was how kid friendly the home was. “Picnicware” for the kids, s’mores kit, tons of games inside and out, tons of beach toys, ride on cars for the kids….my adult children even ventured into the tennis court for a couple of very hilarious rounds of what we will call tennis! I could go on and on….Joel was once again an awesome host and the home was absolutely perfect!!! Please don’t second guess booking this home with Joel!!

We’ve stayed with a large group in the Sarasota area at several different rentals, and this one is by far our favorite! Joel was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to personally meet the first guest at the house. He gave them a full tour, showing them the dock, the beach, and all the unique features of the property. The house itself is spacious, easily accommodating 12 guests with plenty of room to spread out. We made the most of the amazing amenities, including the pool, hot tub, fire pit, bocce court, and ping pong table — and that’s just the beginning!
The house also comes equipped with brand-new bikes, beach chairs, and a convenient cart to transport them to the shore. This house really has it all and comes very well equipped with (quality) toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soaps, shampoos etc- it really makes a difference not to be going back and forth to the store when you are on vacation!!! The kitchen is well stocked too. 5 stars all around! Thank you Joel!!!

We rented Joel’s place for a family get-together for Thanksgiving week. The home was perfect for a multi-generational group – there was something fun to do no matter what the age. The house is very well stocked with toys and games for young and old. We also appreciated the fact that things like laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues were plentiful. The layout of the house allowed us to comfortably gather when it was time to be together, and also to find our own space when necessary. Joel is a great communicator and responded quickly to all of our queries. It’s a great home in a great area with a great host – enthusiastic recommendation!

What a wonderful week! The place was great for adults and kids. Lots of extra’s! Pool, hot tub, ping-pong, firepit, putting green and toys, life jackets of all sizes, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes! We could paddle to a sandbar that was a blast for all ages. Never a dull moment.
The host included above and beyond extras! Makings for s’mores, coffee; beach towels, games and cards. The kitchen has everything you need.

Joel was one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with. He met us at the house to explain a number of features, showed us how to get to the dock, explained about the kayaks and paddle boards, the visible sand bar, and so much more! The well stocked house contained so many extras that added such a bonus for everyone, especially our young granddaughters. Our family included children from ages 4-10, plus our grown children. There was something to do for everyone! The guys liked to challenge each other on the basketball game! They all enjoyed bike rides around the neighborhood. We had a fire in the fire pit 2 nights (the children made smores–thanks to Joel). There were beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. So nice to have everything you might need. The pool and hot tub were well stocked with floats and noodles. Awesome vacation home! We certainly hope to return again–it was a perfect week for the kid’s spring break. Thank you, Joel!

Family Getaway “Siesta Key”
The home made our getaway perfect for every one of us. From great grandparent, grandparents, kids to grandkids. The home provided everything needed for a vacation. From beach supplies, toys, games, bikes, canoes and much more. Everything worked and nothing was missing. The pool area allowed everyone to relax and have fun. After a day of Siesta Key beach and other activities the fun and relaxation just keeps on going when you get home. Rooms and space for all. Kitchen and dining area was very spacious. Perfect place for your next getaway. We will certainly stay there again. It’s a gem.

Wow, just wow! We just spent the week at Joel’s ‘our private resort’ and it was amazing. We had a multi-generational group of eleven and the space was perfect. Plenty of room and so much to do! The game room and putting green were a huge hit with all of us. And the kayaking can’t be beat, the dolphins come right up to play! The beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers made trips to the public beach so easy. Or the ‘private’ beach was a short walk/bike ride. As a bonus, we packed a tripod for our phone and were even were able to do some amazing family sunset pictures there!
The kitchen is stocked up nicely (who doesn’t want brownies cooking daily for nighttime sundaes!) and the grill made poolside cooking fun for the group.
Just can’t say enough great things about our stay and Joel as a host. He was super friendly and responsive and takes the time to personally check you in and show you the property amenities! Top notch host!
